BioI'm in a battle that should never have been.
My son is loved by both of his parents. Providing him with the best start on life is the natural goal of both of his parents.
But he has been devalued to 'property' in a separation that began amicable, but with the aid of some lawyers and a Family Court System which views most fathers suspect from the onset, destruction, instability, emotional pain, suffering and high drama have resulted.
It's all a very bad dream.
So I'm posting this privately to make it real... I simply cannot let my son suffer at the hands of the court, even if I am destined to lose. So I'm putting my thoughts in this diary, just so I can hear from others that this is real.
